2.Prof. Solomon W. Leung, from Idaho State University, USA and Prof. Hyo Choi, from Gangneung-Wonju National University, South Korea will be our conference chairs.The two professors will present the conference report and research results on the academic frontier.
3.The ICBCE 2019 was successfully held in Singapore.
