Aerospace Materials: Material surface physics, High-performance materials and coatings, Special functional materials and material design, Non-equilibrium materials and preparation technology.

Control Engineering: Electrical automation, Intelligent control, Intelligent systems, Intelligent management and decision-making, Distributed control systems.

Intelligent Perception Technology: Computer vision, Medical image analysis, Biometric recognition, Speech separation and synthesis in complex environments, Non-contact physiological signal perception.

All submissions will be peer-reviewed by 2-3 conference committee experts. After a rigorous review process, all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (ISBN: 979-8-3315-6856-6). Following publication, they will be submitted for indexing in IEEE Xplore, EI Compendex, and Scopus. (High acceptance rate, fast publication, stable indexing).

[Submission Notes]:

Full Paper Submission: The article processing fee includes one free registration for presenting (poster or oral presentation).

Submission Process: Format full paper according to template → Self-check for plagiarism → Submit manuscript → Review & revision → Article acceptance → Pay processing fee / Request invoice → Free registration under the same account.

Conference papers must be at least 6 pages in length.

The conference accepts only English manuscripts. If translation services are required, please contact the Conference Secretary, Prof. Wang (Contact: 173 9899 8540). Each accepted paper entitles one author to a free registration (for oral presentation/poster presentation/audience participation).

Withdrawal of a paper after payment due to personal reasons will incur a service fee (30% of the processing fee).

VI. [Participation Methods]

Author (Full Paper): Submit a full paper for free registration (oral/poster presentation).

Oral Presentation: Present without publishing a full paper; only an abstract is required for application. Presentation time is 10 minutes.

Poster Presentation: Apply for poster presentation, A1 size, printed uniformly by the organizing committee.

Listener (Audience): Participate without submitting a paper.
