Prof. Orawan Siriratpiriya from Environmental Expert Aquatic Resources Research Institute, Chulalongkorn University (ARRIC), Thailand， Prof. Byoung Ryong Jeong from Gyeongsang National University, Republic of Korea and Prof. Shigeru Kato from Seikei University, Japan will be our keynote speakers.
For papers submitted to ICABT 2019, after the peer reviewing process by at least 2-3 experts, the accepted papers will be recommended to the most suitable journals which could be included in the Engineering & Technology Digital Library, and indexed by Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Engineering & Technology Digital Library, Crossref and Electronic Journals Digital Library.
