Submissions will be peer reviewed by both the conference scientific committees and journal editorial board. All registered and presented papers will be published as a special chapter in the IPMV 2026 Conference proceedings by SPIE, and submitted for indexing by Scopus, EI Compendex, etc.

Selected papers after being extended with at least 45% new content and a different paper title will be recommended to International Journal of Electrical and Electronic Engineering & Telecommunications, https://www.ijeetc.com/ for peer review and possible publication. The authors will enjoy a 30% discount on APC provided by organizer.
