Welcome to join in the 2020 5th International Conference on Information and Network Technologies (ICINT 2020)，which will be held in University of the Ryukyus, Okinawa, Japan during May 20-22, 2020.

For papers submitted to ICINT 2020, we offer the publications as following:
1. Publication in Proceedings. Submissions will be peer reviewed by conference committees, and accepted papers will be published in proceedings, which will be indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, etc.
2. Publication in Journal. Submissions will be reviewed by the conference committees and journal editorial board, and accepted papers will be published in the Journal of Advances in Computer Networks, which will be indexed by EI (INSPEC, IET), Electronic Journals Library, Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, ProQuest, and Google Scholar. etc.
