The 16th International Conference on Power and Energy Systems (ICPES 2026) will be held in Xi'an, China from December 4 to 6, 2026, co-organized by Xi'an University of Technology, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and IEEE. Scholars worldwide are warmly invited to submit manuscripts and participate.
With over a decade of development, ICPES has become a world-renowned high-level academic event in power and energy systems, dedicated to building an international exchange platform. Focusing on core directions (power engineering, renewable energy, energy storage, smart grids, etc.), it promotes integration of academic research and industrial practice.

Key Conference Arrangements: Well-known experts will deliver keynote reports; excellent reports/papers will be selected to encourage young scholars. The conference also provides young researchers with opportunities to present achievements, communicate with top experts, and expand international cooperation networks.

We sincerely invite global researchers to gather in Xi'an for in-depth exchanges, build industry consensus, and jointly promote the innovative and sustainable development of power and energy systems.

Conference Publication:
All accepted papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and indexed by internationally renowned retrieval institutions such as Ei Compendex Core and Scopus. The proceedings of previous ICPES conferences have been published by IEEE and successfully indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

Language Requirement: English only
Length Requirement: The number of pages of the paper shall be 4-12 pages, and it shall be typeset strictly in accordance with the conference template.
Abstract Submission: For oral presentation only, not included in the conference proceedings.
